When God said in Jeremiah 30: 7 – But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the LORD, ‘because you are called an outcast, Zion for whom no one cares, He actually knows that in this world , there will be issues , hurts and pains.
Jesus came in the flesh so He understands our infirmities, sometimes these wounds seem incurable, immedicable or like a life long cross. Healing the wound of Psychological abuse may seem unobtainable but accept the truth about your situation , face it and build a stronger version of yourself.
If you are born again, invite the Holy Spirit , He can assist in erasing the pains from your brain ” make you forget the former things and do a new thing for you” . Rub in the Balm of Gilead on the wound.
Form a healthy relationship . Yes , there are people out there who fear the Lord and love His testimonies. Pray to God to send them your way , trust me they will comfort and celebrate you. When Paul needed comfort, God sent Him Barnabas, I’m so sure your story of hurt and healing will surely encourage someone soon.
Forgive. I mean forgive people that may have hurt you. Drop the load of unforgiveness , see their hurting you as a process for you to be a better person.
Appreciate the little things of life . The smile of a baby , the weather and those countless things we take for granted,you know gratitude brings joy and refreshment.
God has great plans for you, never give up now! Receive healing for your past , hope for today and strength for tomorrow.
